Vitamin in a Cup
A refreshing blend of herbs specifically chosen for their high mineral and vitamin content, this tea is sure to please. Nettle Leaf, Raspberry Leaf, Oatstraw, and Red Clover are nicely balanced with Cinnamon and Ginger for a refreshing brew. Drink to your health!
Ingredients: Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmanni), Oatstraw (Avena sativa), Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus), Red Clover Herb (Trifolium pratense), Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale)
To Make: Use 2 tablespoons loose herbs or 1 tea bag per 8 ounces of hot water. Cover herbs, seep 10-15 minutes, strain and enjoy!
